The contractual support pathway towards employment and independence referred to in article L. 5131-4 is made up of support phases which may vary in duration and intensity. Each phase is subject to objectives defined with the young person and an assessment at the end of the phase, in order to measure the young person’s progress towards employment and independence and to ensure that the objectives of the phase have been achieved. Each support phase may include:
1° Training periods;
2° Work placements, including the work experience periods referred to in articles L. 5131-5 et seq;
3° Specific actions as part of social and professional support;
4° Actions carried out by other organisations likely to contribute to the support.
