Article R5132-11 of the French Labour Code

After consulting the Conseil départemental de l’insertion par l’activité économique and taking into account the quality of the proposed integration project and the existing offer to ensure a balanced development of integration actions, the Prefect may conclude the agreements provided for in article L. 5132-7 with associations applying for the status of intermediary association contributing to the professional integration of the people mentioned in article L. 5132-1. The agreement may cover all or part of the integration activities of the applicant associations.

Après consultation du conseil départemental de l’insertion par l’activité économique et en tenant compte de la qualité du projet d’insertion proposé et de l’offre existante pour assurer un développement équilibré des actions d’insertion, le préfet peut conclure les conventions prévues à l’article L. 5132-7 avec des associations candidates au statut d’association intermédiaire contribuant à l’insertion professionnelle des personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 5132-1. Cette convention peut porter sur tout ou partie des activités d’insertion des associations candidates.
