Article R5132-20 of the French Labour Code

A contract is drawn up in writing between the intermediary association and the person, known as the user, to whom it makes one or more employees available.
The contract shall include in particular :
1° The names of the employees made available;
2° The tasks to be performed;
3° The place where they are to be carried out;
4° The term of the assignment;
5° Where the user is a company, the amount of remuneration and its various components, including, where applicable, the bonuses and additional remuneration that an employee with equivalent qualifications in the same position would receive after the trial period;
6° The type of personal protective equipment that the employee must use, specifying, where applicable, whether it is supplied by the intermediary association.

Un contrat est établi par écrit entre l’association intermédiaire et la personne, dite l’utilisateur, à la disposition de laquelle elle met un ou plusieurs salariés.
Le contrat comporte notamment :
1° Le nom des salariés mis à disposition ;
2° Les tâches à remplir ;
3° Le lieu où elles s’exécutent ;
4° Le terme de la mise à disposition ;
5° Lorsque l’utilisateur est une entreprise, le montant de la rémunération avec ses différentes composantes, y compris, s’il en existe, les primes et accessoires de salaire que percevrait après période d’essai un salarié de qualification équivalente occupant le même poste de travail ;
6° La nature des équipements de protection individuelle que le salarié doit utiliser en précisant, le cas échéant, s’ils sont fournis par l’association intermédiaire.
