Article R514-3 of the French Insurance Code

Proof of professional competence as provided for in article I of article L. 511-2 must be provided by presenting one of the following documents, as appropriate:

a) The training booklet defined in article R. 514-4 ;

b) Training certificate referred to in article R. 514-5 ;

c) Certificate of employment ;

d) Diploma, title or certificate mentioned in articles R. 512-9, R. 512-10 and R. 512-12.

Article R514-3

Il est justifié de la capacité professionnelle prévue par l’article au I de l’article L. 511-2 par la présentation, selon les cas, de l’un des documents suivants :

a) Livret de stage défini à l’article R. 514-4 ;

b) Attestation de formation mentionnée à l’article R. 514-5 ;

c) Attestation de fonctions ;

d) Diplôme, titre ou certificat mentionnés aux articles R. 512-9, R. 512-10 et R. 512-12.
