Article R526-4 of the French Commercial code

An optional standard model of descriptive statement is approved by joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister for the Economy.

The single body mentioned in Article R. 123-1 makes this standard model statement available to the sole trader free of charge and by electronic means.

Un modèle type facultatif d’état descriptif est approuvé par arrêté conjoint du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, et du ministre chargé de l’économie.

L’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1 met, gratuitement et par voie électronique, ce modèle de déclaration type à disposition de l’entrepreneur individuel.
