Article R552-14 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When the person has not left the place of accommodation by the date mentioned in Article R. 552-12 or, where applicable, by the end of the period stipulated in Article R. 552-13, the manager implements the exit decision taken by the French Office for Immigration and Integration. The manager will inform the Office and the Prefect of the département in which the accommodation is located.

Article R552-14

Lorsque la personne n’a pas quitté le lieu d’hébergement à la date mentionnée à l’article R. 552-12 ou, le cas échéant, à l’expiration du délai prévu à l’article R. 552-13, le gestionnaire met en œuvre la décision de sortie prise par l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration. Il en informe l’office et le préfet de département dans lequel se situe le lieu d’hébergement.
