At any time during the information procedure, judicial isolation may be terminated by order of the investigating judge, acting ex officio, on the application of the public prosecutor, at the request of the head of the prison or at the request of the detainee.
It may also be terminated by order of the liberty and custody judge, acting ex officio, on the application of the public prosecutor or at the request of the detainee, when this judge rules on the extension of pre-trial detention or on an application for release.
