Evaluation indicators relating to healthcare activities or heavy equipment are defined by order of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency or, where there is an inter-regional health plan, by joint order of the Directors General of the agencies with territorial jurisdiction. These indicators take particular account of the objectives set by the regional or inter-regional health plan and the specific health characteristics of the region or group of regions concerned.
Indicators specific to certain healthcare activities and certain heavy equipment may be defined by order of the Minister for Health.
These indicators are binding on the authorisation applicant.
The authorisation holder may use additional indicators specific to the healthcare activity or heavy equipment in question.
The level of the vigilance indicators referred to in the third paragraph of Article L. 6122-5 is communicated to the Regional Health Agency and the authorisation holder to enable consultation, if necessary, in the event of an alert that needs to be analysed.
