The following health care activities are subject to the authorisation provided for in Article L. 6122-1, including when they are carried out in the form of alternatives to hospitalisation:
1° Medicine ;
2° Surgery ;
3° Gynaecology-obstetrics, neonatology, neonatal intensive care ;
4° Psychiatry ;
5° Medical and rehabilitation care;
6° Nuclear medicine ;
7° Long-term care;
8° Organ transplants and haematopoietic cell transplants, with the exception of exceptional transplants subject to the additional authorisation system provided for in article L. 162-30-5 of the Social Security Code;
9° Treatment of burn victims;
10° Cardiac surgery;
11° Interventional activity under medical imaging in cardiology;
12° Neurosurgery ;
13° Interventional activity under medical imaging in neuroradiology;
14° Emergency medicine ;
15° Critical care ;
16° Treatment of chronic renal failure by extrarenal purification;
17° Clinical and biological activities in medically assisted procreation and biological activities in prenatal diagnosis;
18° Cancer treatment;
19° Examination of a person’s genetic characteristics or identification of a person by genetic fingerprinting for medical purposes;
20° Hospitalisation at home ;
21° Interventional radiology.
