I.-The diagnostic procedures referred to in this section include, in particular, functional assessments prior to the implementation of the therapeutic plan, the exploration of complications and evaluations during and at the end of the implementation of the therapeutic plan.
II.-The therapeutic procedures referred to in this section include, in particular, procedures carried out in sub-acute and chronic situations involving monitoring, medical and nursing care, rehabilitation care, adaptation of the environment and technical aids.
III.-The preventive and therapeutic education actions referred to in this section include all actions designed to reduce recurrences and complications, reduce recourse to acute curative care and improve quality of life.The preventive and therapeutic education actions mentioned in this section include all actions aimed at reducing recurrences and complications, reducing the need for acute curative care and improving patients’ quality of life, where appropriate involving the patient’s family and friends.
IV – The reintegration actions mentioned in this section are designed to encourage reintegration into the family, society, education and the workplace.
