I.-The medical care and rehabilitation authorisation is exercised according to the following terms and conditions:
1° “Multi-purpose”;
2° “Geriatrics”;
3° “Locomotor”;
4° “Nervous system”;
5° “Cardiovascular”;
6° “Pneumology”;
7° “Digestive system, endocrinology, diabetology, nutrition”;
8° “Burns”;
9° “Addictive behaviours”;
10° “Paediatrics” comprising the following fields:
a) “Children and adolescents” section;
b) “Young children, children and adolescents” section;
11° “Cancer” section comprising the following sections:
a) “Oncology” section;
b) “Oncology and haematology” section.
II.Only holders of the “children and adolescents” authorisation are authorised to provide care for minors aged 4 and over.
III.- Holders of the “young children, children and adolescents” authorisation are authorised to provide care for minors under the age of 4, in addition to the care provided for in II.
IV.- Holders of the “burns” authorisation are authorised to provide care for minors, by entering into an agreement with a holder of the “young children, children and adolescents” authorisation.
V.- As an exception to II, any holder of a medical care and rehabilitation authorisation may take charge of a minor from the age of 16, in agreement with the holder of parental authority, who must first obtain the child’s opinion. The holder of the authorisation must inform the regional health agency.
