Article R623-23 of the French Consumer Code

Each association shall open with the Caisse des dépôts et consignations an account specific to the consumer group defined by the judge pursuant to article L. 623-4.
Any sum received under article L. 623-10 is immediately filed by the association acting on the basis of article L. 623-1 on the account mentioned in the first paragraph.
Only the association holding the account is authorised, under its own responsibility, to make transactions on each account and to close it.

Article R623-23

Chaque association ouvre auprès de la Caisse des dépôts et consignations un compte spécifique au groupe des consommateurs défini par le juge en application de l’article L. 623-4.
Toute somme reçue au titre de l’article L. 623-10 est immédiatement déposée par l’association qui agit sur le fondement de l’article L. 623-1 sur le compte mentionné au premier alinéa.
L’association titulaire est seule habilitée, sous sa responsabilité, à procéder aux mouvements sur chaque compte et à le clôturer.
