The skills assessment referred to in 2° of Article L. 6313-1 comprises, under the guidance of the service provider carrying out the assessment, the following three phases:
1° A preliminary phase designed to:
a) Analysing the beneficiary’s needs and requirements ;
b) Determining the most appropriate format for the situation and the need ;
c) To jointly define how the assessment is to be conducted;
2° An investigation phase enabling the beneficiary either to construct his/her career plan and verify its relevance, or to develop one or more alternatives;
3° A conclusions phase which, through personalised interviews, enables the beneficiary to :
a) Take ownership of the detailed results of the investigation phase ;
b) Identify the conditions and resources that will help them achieve their career plan(s);
c) To plan the main procedures and stages of the professional project(s), including the possibility of a follow-up interview with the skills assessment provider.
