When the skills assessment is carried out as part of the skills development plan mentioned in 1° of article L. 6312-1 or as part of redeployment leave under the conditions set out in article L. 1233-71, it is the subject of a written agreement between the employer, the employee and the body providing the skills assessment.
The agreement includes the following information
1° The title, objective and content of the action, the planned resources, the duration and period of implementation, the procedures for carrying out and monitoring the assessment as well as the procedures for submitting the detailed results and the summary document;
2° The price and terms of payment.
The employee has a period of ten days from the date on which his employer sends him the draft agreement in which to indicate his acceptance by signing it.
If the employee does not respond within this period, he will be deemed to have refused to enter into the agreement.
