When a foreign national who has applied for asylum at an administrative detention centre is transferred to a detention centre before the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons has made its decision, the Prefect responsible for the removal procedure will inform the Office without delay.

Lorsqu’un étranger ayant déposé sa demande d’asile en local de rétention administrative est transféré en centre de rétention avant que l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides ait statué, le préfet responsable de la procédure d’éloignement en informe l’office sans délai.
