Article R754-8 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The submission, investigation and judgment by the administrative courts of appeals for annulment lodged against the decisions to keep persons in detention referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 754-3 shall obey the rules defined in Chapter VII bis of Title VII of Book VII of the Code of Administrative Justice.

La présentation, l’instruction et le jugement par les juridictions administratives des recours en annulation formés contre les décisions de maintien en rétention mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article L. 754-3 obéissent aux règles définies au chapitre VII bis du titre VII du livre VII du code de justice administrative.
