Article R811-28-3 of the French Commercial code

The trainee writes an internship report in which he or she describes the procedures in which he or she has participated and the actions he or she has taken, as well as an internship dissertation on an economics, law or management subject of his or her choice. At the end of their training period, they submit these documents to the training supervisor.

A certificate will be issued by the training supervisor if the training period has been properly completed. This document certifies the duration of the work placement and the performance by the trainee of all the legal and management acts mentioned in the first paragraph of article R. 811-28-2; it also includes the assessments of the quality of his work by the training supervisor and the latter’s comments on the work placement report. It is sent to the trainee, who certifies that he has read it and may make any written comments. This document, together with the dissertation and the placement report, is then sent by the training supervisor to the national registration and disciplinary committee.

The training supervisor sends a copy of the certificate and the training report to the magistrate designated by the Minister of Justice, pursuant to the first paragraph of article R. 811-40.
