Article 411-35 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The beneficiary of a rewriting grant has twelve months from the date of the award decision to submit a rewriting note and the reworked script to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
In exceptional circumstances and at the reasoned request of the beneficiary, this deadline may be extended by a period not exceeding six months by decision of the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.

Article 411-35

Le bénéficiaire d’une aide à la réécriture dispose d’un délai de douze mois à compter de la décision d’attribution pour remettre au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée une note de réécriture et le scénario remanié.
A titre exceptionnel et sur demande motivée du bénéficiaire, ce délai peut être prolongé d’une durée qui ne peut excéder six mois par décision du président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
