Aid for the promotion of audiovisual works abroad helps cover the following promotional expenses, provided they are directly allocated to the promotion of the works abroad, excluding the company’s own operating expenses:
1° Design, creation, overhaul or substantial development of a website dedicated to international sales;
2° Digital promotion for the following operations: direct mail, viral video campaign, online community and social network animation, graphic design, website dedicated to a work;
3° For animated works, production of a document called a “style guide” describing the essential characteristics of the characters.
Aid for the promotion of audiovisual works abroad also helps to cover the cost of organising special promotional operations. These expenses relate to:
1° The organisation of screenings or launch events: hire of theatres, production of projection aids, production of promotional and publicity material, services of a press officer, transport, accommodation and meals for authors, performers, technicians, creative executives and potential foreign buyers;
2° The organisation of events using digital technologies.
