Article D132-6 of the French Insurance Code

This section applies to the contracts mentioned in the second paragraph of Article L. 132-23, including those taken out in the context of supplementary professional retirement activities as defined in Articles L. 143-1 and L. 382-1. It does not apply to the contracts referred to in the last paragraph of article L. 143-2, whether or not they have been taken out under the administrative authorisation referred to in article L. 143-1.

Article D132-6

La présente section s’applique aux contrats mentionnés au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 132-23, y compris ceux souscrits dans le cadre d’activités de retraite professionnelle supplémentaire définies aux articles L. 143-1 et L. 382-1. Elle ne s’applique pas aux contrats mentionnés au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 143-2, que ceux-ci aient ou non été souscrits dans le cadre de l’agrément administratif mentionné à l’article L. 143-1.
