Article D1432-14 of the French Public Health Code

The Director General of the Regional Health Agency draws up an annual report on the activities of each commission.

The report, together with any comments from the various members of the commission, is sent to the chair of the Regional Conference on Health and Autonomy. It is brought to the attention of the plenary session of the conference and its specialised committee responsible for issues falling within the remit of the commission.

Un bilan d’activité de chaque commission est établi chaque année par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.

Le bilan, accompagné le cas échéant des observations des différents membres de la commission, est transmis au président de la conférence régionale de santé et de l’autonomie. Il est porté à la connaissance de l’assemblée plénière de la conférence ainsi qu’à sa formation spécialisée en charge des questions relevant du champ de compétence de la commission.
