I.-Within sixty days of the completion of one of the inspections provided for in the fifth and sixth paragraphs of article D. 2223-102, the accredited inspection body shall submit the compliance inspection report to the departmental prefect and the crematorium operator.
If the accredited inspection body finds no lack of conformity, it issues a certificate of conformity to the operator.
II.
II -Where the inspection report identifies one or more non-conformities, the crematorium operator must send the accredited inspection body, within three months of receiving the report, by any means giving a date certain on receipt of the letter, a schedule of the measures it intends to take to remedy the situation. These measures must be taken within a maximum of one year. Once these measures have been taken, the manager sends the accredited inspection body a request for an additional inspection. This inspection is carried out within two months of the date of receipt of the manager’s request. The accredited inspection body will send a new report to the operator within one month of the date of the additional inspection.
In an emergency, when it finds a non-conformity that is a threat to public order or public health, the accredited inspection body will immediately inform the prefect so that the procedure mentioned in III can be implemented.

III.
III -The accredited inspection body will inform the prefect without delay in the following cases:
> Where the manager of a facility is not in compliance with the regulations, the accredited inspection body will inform the prefect without delay.
1° Where the crematorium operator has not sent it a compliance schedule within the required timeframe;
> Where the crematorium operator has not sent it a compliance schedule within the required timeframe;

2° Where the crematorium operator has not sent a request for further inspection within the required timeframe;

3° Where the additional inspection concludes that there is still a lack of conformity;
In any of these cases, the Prefect will give formal notice to the operator to remedy the non-compliance found within a period that he will determine, after seeking the opinion of the Regional Director of the Regional Health Agency if necessary, and which may not exceed one year. At the end of this period, if the operator has not taken the necessary measures, it may refer the matter to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency for an opinion and suspend or withdraw the authorisation provided for in Article L. 2223-23. The Director General shall inform the municipality or public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation concerned.
