Vehicles used to transport bodies after coffining are subject to a compliance inspection every three years at most. The prefect shall designate the body or bodies responsible for carrying out the compliance inspection.
The prefect may at any time order that the vehicle undergo a compliance inspection within a period that he prescribes, as necessary.
Les véhicules de transport de corps après mise en bière font l’objet d’une visite de conformité tous les trois ans au plus. Le préfet désigne le ou les organismes chargés d’effectuer la visite de conformité.
Le préfet peut ordonner à tout moment que le véhicule fasse l’objet d’une visite de conformité dans un délai qu’il prescrit, en tant que de besoin.
