Article D2223-123-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Candidates for the national thanatopractor diploma must send the training body the medical certificate drawn up under the conditions mentioned in articles R. 3111-4-1 or R. 3111-4-2 of the Public Health Code when they register for training and at the latest before they begin practical training. The medical certificate is kept in the candidate’s file.

Les candidats au diplôme national de thanatopracteur transmettent à l’organisme de formation le certificat médical établi dans les conditions mentionnées aux articles R. 3111-4-1 ou R. 3111-4-2 du code de la santé publique au moment de leur inscription en formation et au plus tard avant de commencer la formation pratique. Le certificat médical est conservé dans le dossier du candidat.
