Article D2223-55-8 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Masters of ceremony, funeral advisers and similar staff and managers have a period of twelve months from the date of conclusion of their employment contract or, for public employees, from the date of appointment or confirmation in their post, to meet the diploma requirement set out in Article L. 2223-25-1 of the General Local Authorities Code.

Managers, have a period of twelve months from the date of creation of the company, association or institution of the régie.

Les maîtres de cérémonie, les conseillers funéraires et assimilés et les gestionnaires disposent d’un délai de douze mois à compter de la date de conclusion de leur contrat de travail ou, pour les agents publics, de la date de nomination ou de confirmation dans leur emploi, pour satisfaire à l’exigence de diplôme énoncée à l’article L. 2223-25-1 du code général des collectivités territoriales.

Les dirigeants, disposent d’un délai de douze mois à compter de la date de création de l’entreprise, de l’association ou de l’institution de la régie.
