The prefectoral decree granting approval is published in the prefecture’s Recueil des actes administratifs. Approval is valid for five years.
The decision by which the Prefect or, where applicable, the Police Prefect refuses to grant approval is substantiated and notified to the association.
L’arrêté préfectoral portant agrément est publié au recueil des actes administratifs de la préfecture. L’agrément est valable cinq ans.
La décision par laquelle le préfet ou, le cas échéant, le préfet de police refuse de délivrer l’agrément est motivée et notifiée à l’association.
