The three-yearly negotiations on the professional integration and continued employment of disabled workers are based on a report drawn up by the employer presenting, for each sector of activity, the situation in relation to the obligation to employ disabled workers provided for in articles L. 5212-1 et seq.

La négociation triennale sur l’insertion professionnelle et le maintien dans l’emploi des travailleurs handicapés se déroule à partir d’un rapport établi par l’employeur présentant, pour chaque secteur d’activité, la situation par rapport à l’obligation d’emploi des travailleurs handicapés prévue aux articles L. 5212-1 et suivants.
