When the person sentenced to a custodial sentence is not immediately incarcerated following the judgment, the victim may also request, in accordance with the procedures set out in Article D. 49-72, not to be informed of the execution of this sentence.

Lorsque la personne condamnée à une peine privative de liberté n’est pas immédiatement incarcérée à la suite du jugement, la victime peut également demander, selon les modalités prévues par l’article D. 49-72, à ne pas être informée de la mise à exécution de cette peine.
