Article D553-24 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Payment of the allowance ceases in the following cases:
1° At the end of the periods provided for in article L. 551-13, under the conditions provided for in the same article;
2° When the foreign national’s right to maintenance has ended in application of b or d of 1° of article L. 542-2, under the conditions provided for in article L. 551-14;
3° As of the date on which the asylum application certificate was withdrawn by the administrative authority or was not renewed pursuant to article R. 573-2.

Article D553-24

Le versement de l’allocation prend fin dans les cas suivants :
1° Au terme des délais prévus à l’article L. 551-13, dans les conditions prévues au même article ;
2° Lorsque le droit au maintien de l’étranger a pris fin en application des b ou d du 1° de l’article L. 542-2, dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 551-14 ;
3° A compter de la date à laquelle l’attestation de demande d’asile a été retirée par l’autorité administrative ou n’a pas été renouvelée en application de l’article R. 573-2.
