Article D553-25 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Without prejudice to the provisions of article L. 551-14, the invalidity of the asylum application certificate will result in the suspension of entitlement to the allowance, unless it is attributable to the administration.
