Article L122-18 of the French Consumer Code

The baker’s name and the commercial bakery sign mentioned in article L. 122-17 may be used when the bread is sold itinerantly by the trader, or under his responsibility, when the trader fulfils the conditions set out in the same article.

L’appellation de boulanger et l’enseigne commerciale de boulangerie mentionnées à l’article L. 122-17 peuvent être utilisées lorsque le pain est vendu de façon itinérante par le professionnel, ou sous sa responsabilité, lorsque ce professionnel remplit les conditions énoncées au même article.
