The legal status and organisational procedures of the Tourist Office are determined by the Town Council.

Where this body takes the form of a public industrial and commercial establishment, the provisions of articles L. 133-4 to L. 133-10 apply to it.

Article L133-2

Le statut juridique et les modalités d’organisation de l’office de tourisme sont déterminés par le conseil municipal.

Lorsque cet organisme prend la forme d’un établissement public industriel et commercial, les dispositions des articles L. 133-4 à L. 133-10 lui sont applicables.
