I.-The operator shall provide, in the contract with the subscriber to whom it assigns a value-added number, on pain of termination, that the subscriber informs it of any change concerning his identity and address, which must appear in the contract.
The contract also provides, on pain of suspension of access to the numbers concerned, which may be followed by termination of the contract in the event of repetition, that the subscriber provides the operator with the information provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 224-43 and informs the operator of any changes with sufficient notice so that the tool can be updated.
The description of the product or service must enable the operator to ensure that it is not one of those that the operator excludes, where applicable, under its ethical rules.
II.-The contract also provides for suspension of access to a value-added number, which may be followed by termination of the contract in the event of a repeat occurrence, in the following cases:
1° If one or more of the items of information required to be included in the tool referred to in Article L. 224-43 are absent, inaccurate, obsolete or incomplete;
2° If no actual product or service is associated with this number;
3° If the product or service associated with this number is one of those that the operator excludes under its ethical rules.
III.-The termination of the contract is subject to an unsuccessful formal notice, under the conditions provided for in the second paragraph of article 1225 of the Civil Code.
