The trader in a contractual relationship with the consumer shall inform the consumer, on his website, of the existence of this tool and the means of accessing it.

The subscribers and suppliers of added-value products or services concerned may not object to the communication and publication by third parties of the information mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 224-43 with a view to constituting the tool referred to in the same paragraph.

The provisions of articles L. 224-43 to L. 224-47 apply without prejudice to other legal or contractual grounds for suspension or termination, including ethical grounds.

The costs of setting up and operating the tool are shared by the professionals mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 224-43.

Any supplier of a value-added product or service referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 224-43 retains, for a minimum period of five years after termination of the contractual relationship, the contact details of any co-contracting service provider associated with the promotion of the product or service.
