Article L224-50 of the French Consumer Code

Any supplier of a value-added product or service referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 224-43 retains, for a minimum period of five years after termination of the contractual relationship, the contact details of any co-contracting service provider associated with the promotion of the product or service.

Tout fournisseur de produit ou de service à valeur ajoutée mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article L. 224-43 conserve, pendant un délai minimal de cinq ans après la cessation des relations contractuelles, les coordonnées de tout prestataire cocontractant associé à la promotion du produit ou du service.
