The information mentioned in articles L. 224-73 and L. 224-74 are an integral part of the contract. The professional may only modify all or part of the information provided in the event of force majeure or a formal agreement between the parties. Before signing the contract, the trader shall draw the consumer’s attention to the existence of the right of withdrawal and its duration, as well as to the prohibition on advance payments during the withdrawal period.

Toute modification fait l’objet d’une communication au consommateur avant la conclusion du contrat, par écrit, sur support papier ou sur tout autre support durable et figure expressément dans ledit contrat.
Avant la signature du contrat, le professionnel attire l’attention du consommateur sur l’existence du droit de rétractation et sa durée, ainsi que sur l’interdiction d’un paiement d’avances pendant le délai de rétractation.
