Article L521-9 of the French Consumer Code

Any operator who has acquired or transferred all or part of the products and who is aware of the decision referred to in article L. 521-7 is required to inform the operator who supplied it with the products and the operators to whom it sold them.

Tout opérateur ayant acquis ou cédé tout ou partie des produits et ayant connaissance de la décision mentionnée à l’article L. 521-7 est tenu d’informer l’opérateur qui lui a fourni les produits et les opérateurs à qui il les a cédés.
