Article R121-11 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The Board of Directors of the French Office for Immigration and Integration may delegate some of its powers mentioned in 11° and 12° of Article R. 121-9 to the Director General, under the conditions it determines. The Director General shall report to the Board of Directors, at its next meeting, on the decisions he has taken by virtue of this delegation.

Article R121-11

Le conseil d’administration de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration peut déléguer au directeur général certaines de ses attributions mentionnées aux 11° et 12° de l’article R. 121-9, dans les conditions qu’il détermine. Le directeur général rend compte au conseil d’administration, lors de sa plus prochaine réunion, des décisions qu’il a prises en vertu de cette délégation.
