In the event of withdrawal of its authorisation to issue the special payment voucher referred to in B of article L. 1271-1, the body or establishment concerned shall immediately cease to issue the special payment voucher and to mention its authorisation in all contacts, financial or commercial documentation and on all communication media.
It shall immediately inform the Minister responsible for personal services of the measures taken.
En cas de retrait de son habilitation à émettre le titre spécial de paiement mentionné au B de l’article L. 1271-1, l’organisme ou l’établissement concerné cesse sans délai d’émettre le titre spécial de paiement et de faire état de son habilitation, dans tous contacts, toute documentation financière ou commerciale et sur tous les supports de communication.
Il informe sans déla ile ministre chargé des services à la personne des mesures prises.
