Article R1333-20 of the French Public Health Code

I.-To be appointed as a radiation protection advisor, the following is required:

1° For the person competent in radiation protection, a training certificate issued by a training organisation mentioned in 1° of Article R. 4451-125 of the Labour Code ;

2° For the competent radiation protection organisation, a certification issued by a certifying body mentioned in 2° of Article R. 4451-125 of the Labour Code.

II – The radiation protection advisor designated in application of Article R. 1333-18 may be the natural or legal person designated by the employer to be the radiation protection advisor mentioned in Article R. 4451-112 of the Labour Code.

Article R1333-20

I.-Pour être désigné conseiller en radioprotection, est requis :

1° Pour la personne compétente en radioprotection, un certificat de formation délivré par un organisme de formation mentionné au 1° de l’article R. 4451-125 du code du travail ;

2° Pour l’organisme compétent en radioprotection, une certification délivrée par un organisme certificateur mentionné au 2° de l’article R. 4451-125 du code du travail.

II.-Le conseiller en radioprotection désigné en application de l’article R. 1333-18 peut être la personne physique ou morale désignée par l’employeur pour être le conseiller en radioprotection mentionné à l’article R. 4451-112 du code du travail.
