The provisions of this sub-section apply to the nuclear activities defined in Article L. 1333-1 covered by one of the regimes mentioned in Articles L. 1333-8 or L. 1333-9, subject to specific provisions to the contrary in one of these regimes. Activities exempted under the regimes mentioned in Articles L. 1333-8 or L. 1333-9 are not subject to the provisions of this sub-section.
