Article R141-11 of the French Insurance Code

No person may be a member of the board of directors or supervisory board of a subscribing association or, directly or indirectly or through an intermediary, administer, direct or manage the association in any capacity whatsoever, or have the power to sign on its behalf, if he or she has been convicted of one of the offences or measures mentioned in 1° to 3° of article L. 322-2.

Article R141-11

Nul ne peut être membre du conseil d’administration ou du comité de surveillance d’une association souscriptrice ni, directement ou indirectement ou par personne interposée, administrer, diriger ou gérer à un titre quelconque l’association, ni disposer du pouvoir de signer pour le compte celle-ci s’il a fait l’objet de l’une des condamnations ou mesures mentionnées aux 1° à 3° de l’article L. 322-2.
