Article R144-1 of the French Insurance Code

I. – No person may be a member of the board of directors of an association or a supervisory committee covered by this chapter, nor may they, directly or indirectly or through an intermediary, administer, direct or manage the group in any capacity whatsoever, nor have the power to sign on behalf of the group if they have been convicted of any of the offences or measures mentioned in 1° to 3° of article L. 322-2.

II – No later than six months after the conclusion of a contract covered by this chapter, the association adopts articles of association that comply with the provisions of this chapter.

Article R144-1

I. ― Nul ne peut être membre du conseil d’administration d’une association ou d’un comité de surveillance relevant du présent chapitre ni, directement ou indirectement ou par personne interposée, administrer, diriger ou gérer à un titre quelconque le groupement, ni disposer du pouvoir de signer pour le compte du groupement s’il a fait l’objet de l’une des condamnations ou mesures mentionnées aux 1° à 3° de l’article L. 322-2.

II. ― L’association adopte, au plus tard six mois après la conclusion d’un contrat relevant du présent chapitre, des statuts conformes aux dispositions de ce chapitre.
