Article R211-34 of the French Tourism Code

Without prejudice to the possible implementation of the emergency measures provided for in article R. 211-31, claims arising prior to the date of termination of the guarantee remain covered by the guarantor if they are lodged by the creditor within three months of the date of the publications prescribed in article R. 211-33.

The guarantor shall make available to the registration commission referred to in article L. 141-2 the content of the requests made to it and the action taken on them.

Article R211-34

Sans préjudice de la mise en oeuvre éventuelle des mesures d’urgence prévues à l’article R. 211-31, les créances nées antérieurement à la date de cessation de la garantie restent couvertes par le garant si elles sont produites par le créancier dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la date des publications prescrites à l’article R. 211-33.

Le garant tient à la disposition de la commission d’immatriculation mentionnée à l’article L. 141-2 le contenu des demandes qui lui sont présentées et de la suite qui leur est donnée.
