Where article R. 2122-48-4 is applied, all voters have the right to object to their address being communicated to the trade union organisations. The voter is informed of the existence of this right by the document mentioned in the last paragraph of article R. 2122-19 and on the website dedicated to the elections mentioned in the same article. If they wish to exercise this right, they must send a request to this effect to the Director General of Labour by post or by electronic means within fifteen days of the date mentioned in 1° of article R. 2122-19. If they exercise this right by electronic means, they send their request via the teleservice set up for this purpose on the website mentioned in article R. 2122-19.
