Article R2122-15-1 of the French Labour Code

Where article R. 2122-48-4 is applied, all voters have the right to object to their address being communicated to the trade union organisations. The voter is informed of the existence of this right by the document mentioned in the last paragraph of article R. 2122-19 and on the website dedicated to the elections mentioned in the same article. If they wish to exercise this right, they must send a request to this effect to the Director General of Labour by post or by electronic means within fifteen days of the date mentioned in 1° of article R. 2122-19. If they exercise this right by electronic means, they send their request via the teleservice set up for this purpose on the website mentioned in article R. 2122-19.

Lorsqu’il est fait application de l’article R. 2122-48-4, tout électeur dispose du droit de s’opposer à la communication de son adresse aux organisations syndicales. L’électeur est informé de l’existence de ce droit par le document mentionné au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 2122-19 et sur le site internet dédié aux élections mentionné au même article. S’il souhaite l’exercer, il adresse une demande en ce sens au directeur général du travail par courrier ou par voie dématérialisée dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de la date mentionnée au 1° de l’article R. 2122-19. S’il exerce ce droit par voie dématérialisée, il adresse sa demande via le téléservice mis en place à cet effet sur le site internet mentionné à l’article R. 2122-19
