Article R2122-29 of the French Labour Code

The court registry will notify the applicant and the interested parties of the court’s decision without delay and within three days at the latest, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

At the same time, the court registry sends it to the service provider referred to in article R. 2122-14.

Article R2122-29

La décision du tribunal judiciaire est notifiée sans délai et au plus tard dans les trois jours par le greffe au requérant et aux parties intéressées par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.

Simultanément, le greffe la transmet au prestataire mentionné à l’article R. 2122-14.
