Article R*2122-3 of the French Labour Code

At the end of the four-year electoral cycle provided for in articles L. 2122-5 and L. 2122-9, the minister responsible for labour presents the results recorded to the High Council for Social Dialogue and consults it on the list of representative trade union organisations by branch and at national and cross-industry level.

This consultation takes place no later than eight months after the end of this cycle.

A l’issue du cycle électoral de quatre ans prévu aux articles L. 2122-5 et L. 2122-9, le ministre chargé du travail présente au Haut Conseil du dialogue social les résultats enregistrés et le consulte sur la liste des organisations syndicales représentatives par branche et au niveau national et interprofessionnel.

Cette consultation intervient au plus tard dans les huit mois suivant la fin de ce cycle.
