Article R2122-45 of the French Labour Code

The National Commission for Voting Operations comprises :

1° Two civil servants appointed by the Minister for Labour, one of whom acts as chairman and the other as secretary ;

2° The representatives of each candidate trade union organisation at national and cross-industry level and of the other candidate trade union organisations mentioned in the third paragraph of article R. 2122-33.

Article R2122-45

La Commission nationale des opérations de vote comprend :

1° Deux fonctionnaires désignés par le ministre chargé du travail, dont l’un assure la fonction de président et l’autre celle de secrétaire ;

2° Les mandataires de chaque organisation syndicale candidate au niveau national et interprofessionnel et des autres organisations syndicales candidates mentionnées au troisième alinéa de l’article R. 2122-33.
