A National Commission for Voting Operations is set up under the Minister for Labour.
The National Commission for Voting Operations is responsible for : 1° Giving an opinion on the conformity of the electoral propaganda documents of the trade union organisations whose candidacy is published pursuant to the provisions of article R. 2122-38 on the website of the Ministry of Labour with the conditions of presentation provided for in the last paragraph of article R. 2122-52, when these propaganda documents are common to more…
The National Commission for Voting Operations comprises : 1° Two civil servants appointed by the Minister for Labour, one of whom acts as chairman and the other as secretary ; 2° The representatives of each candidate trade union organisation at national and cross-industry level and of the other candidate trade union organisations mentioned in the third paragraph of article R. 2122-33.
A regional voting commission sits with the regional director of companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment.
