Article R2122-47 of the French Labour Code

The Regional Commission for Voting Operations is responsible for :

1° Giving an opinion on the compliance with the conditions of presentation provided for in the last paragraph of article R. 2122-52 and in article R. 2122-52-1, of the election propaganda documents of the trade union organisations mentioned in the second paragraph of article R. 2122-33 which are standing for election in the region or regions or local authorities included in the territorial jurisdiction of the regional directorate for companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment to which it is attached and of the trade union organisations mentioned in the third paragraph of Article R. 2122-33 whose propaganda is differentiated for this or these regions or local authorities;

2° Announcing the results at regional level.

La commission régionale des opérations de vote est chargée :

1° De donner un avis sur la conformité aux conditions de présentation prévues au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 2122-52 et à l’article R. 2122-52-1, des documents de propagande électorale des organisations syndicales mentionnées au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 2122-33 qui présentent leur candidature dans la ou les régions ou collectivités comprise dans le ressort territorial de la direction régionale des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi à laquelle elle est rattachée et des organisations syndicales mentionnées au troisième alinéa de l’article R. 2122-33 dont la propagande est différenciée pour cette ou ces régions ou collectivités ;

2° De proclamer les résultats au niveau régional.
